Finecrete is led by Shri Samir Biyani, CA, who also serves as chairman and managing director. Since beginning his career, a Chartered Accountant from the class of 1999 has achieved success stories in a variety of industries, including finance, real estate, textiles, marble and granite, and timber and plywood. Finecrete is a preferred brand in the real estate industry due to his extensive industry knowledge and entrepreneurial skills. The company has reached a new level thanks to his calm problem-solving skills and foresight. Mr. Dilip Toshniwal is a qualified graduate engineer with more than 25 years of experience in a variety of sectors. He has been instrumental in laying the groundwork for numerous prosperous businesses. His expertise in all facets of business administration provides Finecrete with the ideal formula for success. Mr. Toshniwal is steadfast in his pursuit of strengthening our success story and is leading the company toward a path of steady expansion and evolution. We have achieved the level of success we have imagined and aspired to thanks to his demonstrated ability to manage and expedite Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Our Manufacturing Units
Our primary batching section is managed by a semi-automatic data-based raw material consumption system, so there is less room for human error. A process-based operation that is streamlined is made possible by a systemized ERP system that connects all of our departments. We have a fully equipped internal laboratory to ensure adequate quality control. Every batch of the finished product has a sample of the finished product examined to ensure quality control. The maximum annual output is 2,95,000 CBM, or enough to cover the walling requirements of at least 200 high-rise buildings.
Specifically, Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Chandigarh, Haryana, the NCR of Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Nepal are the top places where we distribute our goods. We put in a lot of effort every day to deliver great products to our customers. Every one of our manufacturing facilities has a laboratory where finished products and raw materials are examined for quality. Every batch of finished goods is tested before delivery.
